Missions @ FPC
We go into the world to share the gospel as individuals in our circles of influence and as a body in Houston and beyond. We provide strategic opportunities locally and globally to share the Gospel and also equip the Body of Christ to share their faith in daily life.
Upcoming Trips
Uganda Vision and Encouragement Trip | June 26 – July 6, 2020
FPC is planning to take a vision trip to Uganda next summer to come alongside our friends and partners with Africa Renewal Ministries. Team members will have an opportunity to see first-hand the ministry of Africa Renewal Ministry in both Gaba and Namutamba.
In Gaba, we hope to join ARM’s WentzMedical team for a few days of medical outreach. This trip would include a special visit to Namutamba for our child sponsors here at FPC to meet their sponsored children.
We may also visit our partner, IJM Uganda and learn more about their focus to address land grabbing and violence against women.
If you are interested in learning more about this trip, contact Mary-Floye Federer at mffederer@fpchouston.org or 713-620-6485.
Mission Innovation
FPC Houston has a rich history of planting churches locally and around the world, equipping our members with tools and strategies to create space for Christians and non-Christians to engage and developing focused gospel leaders and ideas, for the sake of declaring and embodying God's redemptive story to Houston and the world. To learn more about these activities, visit our Mission Innovation pages.
Local & Global Missions
There are many different ways to serve at FPC Houston, within the church, within the city, and throughout the world. To learn more about these opportunities, visit our Mission Opportunities page.
